When will my order ship?
Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses. For this campaign, you can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped in October 2026.
How do I track my pre-order?
You can follow and track the entire journey of your pre-order from production to delivery using our convenient Pre-Order Update Tracker.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued. After that 14-day window, cancellations can only be refunded as store credit. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
The only change we can accommodate after an order is placed is updating your shipping address, which you can request via our contact form or by email. The following changes are not possible once your order is confirmed:
- Changing your payment method
- Adding or removing items
- Combining separate orders
Please double-check everything before completing your purchase. For adding or removing items, you will need to request a cancellation which we can process a refund by store credit so you can repurchase the correct items.
I need to update my shipping address
Please get in touch with us at support@ultbias.com as soon as possible to ensure your details are updated. Once your pre-order has been shipped, responsibility is out of our hands and we cannot change addresses or other details.
