Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order.

The Gradient Collection will be available to pre-order from 26 August 2026, 12:00PM (AEST).

Pre-orders will open for 45 days and close on 7 October 2026, 12:00PM (AEST).

Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses. For this campaign, you can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped in November 2026.

There are a few reasons why this might be happening:

• No binder in cart: Pocket pages can only be added once a pre-order binder is in your cart.
• Incorrect page size: You can only add pre-order pages that match the size of the pre-order binder in your cart i.e. for an A4 binder, only our Custom A4 Pocket Pages can be added.

Unfortunately, you cannot add in-stock products to your pre-order due to their inventory status and the complications that arise will fulfilling these orders.

If you'd like to purchase products currently in stock, a separate order must be placed.

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued.

After the 14-day window, cancellations will only be refunded as store credit. If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, please send an email to support@ultbias.com with your pre-order order number for further assistance.

The only change we can accommodate after an order is placed is updating your shipping address, which you can request via our contact form or by email.

The following changes are not possible once your order is confirmed:

• Changing your payment method
• Adding or removing items.
• Combining separate orders

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you would like to add or remove any items to your existing pre-order, you will need to request a cancellation which we can process as a refund by store credit so you can place your order again.
