ULTBIAS Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale Promotion 2025 Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview

  • The Black Friday Sale Promotion runs from 27 November at 12:00PM (AEDT) to 30 November at 12:00PM (AEDT) however may be ended or extended at the discretion of ULTBIAS.
  • Black Friday Sale Early Access starts 27 November 2025, 12:00PM (AEDT) for 24 hours only.
  • Black Friday Sale General Access starts 28 November 2025, 12:00PM (AEDT) for 48 hours only.
  • The Cyber Monday Sale Promotion runs from 1 December 2025, 9:00AM (AEDT) to 3 December 2025, 12:00PM (AEDT) however may be ended or extended at the discretion of ULTBIAS.
  • Discounts vary from 10% - 50% OFF based in AUD prices, only while stocks last.
  • Prices are as marked, discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other discount codes, offers and promotions.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before 27 November 2025, 12:00 PM (AEDT) or after 3 December 2025, 12:00PM (AEDT).
  • Promotion excludes Gift Cards, Bundle Offers (Build A Bundle) and Pre-Order Products (A4 myCOLLECTION Binders - Astro & Wanderlust PT I & PT II and Custom A4 Pocket Pages.
  • Due to the high volume of orders expected, we may not be able to accommodate requests to change or cancel an order before it is dispatched. For this reason, orders cannot be modified, combined, or cancelled once they have been placed.
  • Express postage will not be available during this promotional period.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched and delivered.
  • If a faulty item is received, please contact customer service at support@ultbias.com within one week of delivery with your order number, and pictures and/or videos of the damaged item(s). We will assess the damage in line with our Replacement and Compensation Policy to decide the best method of compensation.
  • If you receive a damaged item due to transit, please contact customer service at support@ultbias.com with your order number and photos and/or videos clearly showing the damaged item(s). We will assess the damage and determine the appropriate resolution. If you purchased Route Protection, you are eligible to file a claim directly through Route Protection. To file your claim, use the link provided in your confirmation email or submit it through the Route: Package Tracker app or their online portal.

  • General Access starts 15 November 2025, 12:00PM (AEDT) for 48 hours only.
  • Discounts vary from 20% - 70% OFF selected products. While stocks last.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before 14 November 2025, 12:00 PM (AEDT).

  • Tracking updates may be delayed. Please contact support@ultbias.com if there has been no update after two weeks.
  • If a faulty item is received, store credit will be issued for the value of the item. Please contact support@ultbias.com within one week of receiving your order, including your order number and proof of fault. All faulty items will be assessed in line with our Replacement and Compensation Policy.
