• Australian Warehouse: Ships from our Australian Warehouse and covers 90% of the world. Customs, duties and VAT ARE NOT included in the final cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
• World Warehouse: Ships from our partnering global World Warehouses to over 30+ Countries. Final cost of shipping at checkout includes customs, duties and VAT. Best rates for international customers (e.g. Europe, Asia and Canada). Not available for Australia and New Zealand.

Please note that all orders placed via our World Warehouses are final, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless you receive a damaged or faulty product.

• Look for products clearly labelled (WORLD)
• Otherwise products available at our World Warehouses will have two options to select from before adding to cart: 'Australia or 'World'. Select the ‘World’ option to have your order shipped from our World Warehouse.

To successfully complete your order, all items in your cart must be stock from our World Warehouses only. Australia and World products cannot be combined together in a single order.

Yes, however orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Due to the involvement of multiple warehouses, all orders fulfilled and shipped from our World Warehouse are final,no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless you receive a damaged or faulty product.
