What is a pre-order product?
Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order. Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses.
When did pre-orders start?
The Astro & Wanderlust collection was available to pre-order from 17 July 2026, 11:00AM (AEST).
When did pre-orders close?
Pre-orders closed on 31 August 2026, 11:00AM (AEST).
When will my order ship?
Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses.
The expected delivery date for this campaign is OCTOBER 2026.

How do I track the status of my pre-order?

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued.
After the 14-day window, cancellations will only be refunded as store credit. If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, please send an email to support@ultbias.com with your pre-order order number for further assistance.
