What is a pre-order product?
Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order.
When did pre-order campaign start and end?
The Gradient Collection was available to pre-order from 14 August 2026, 12:00PM (AEST) to 28 September 2026, 12:00PM (AEST).
When will my order ship?
Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses. For this campaign, you can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped in November 2026.
How do I track the status of my pre-order?
You can track and follow the entire journey of your pre-order from production to delivery using our Pre-Order Updates Tracker.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued.
After the 14-day window, cancellations will only be refunded as store credit. If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, please send an email to support@ultbias.com with your pre-order order number for further assistance.
Please ensure you carefully review Pre-Order Terms and Conditions before placing your pre-order.
Can I make any changes to my pre-order after it's placed?
The only change we can accommodate after an order is placed is updating your shipping address, which you can request via our contact form or by email.
The following changes are not possible once your order is confirmed:
- Changing your payment method
- Adding or removing items.
- Combining separate orders
Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you would like to add or remove any items to your existing pre-order, you will need to request a cancellation which we can process as a refund by store credit so you can place your order again.

I need to update my shipping address.
Please send an email to support@ultbias.com with your order number as soon as possible to have your details updated. Once your pre-order has been shipped, responsibility is out of our hands and we cannot change addresses or other details.
