Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order. Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses.

Products labelled (WORLD) are shipped from our World Warehouse rather than our Australia Warehouse. The products are identical with the only difference being the shipping location and how international shipping costs are calculated.

Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses.

For those who placed a pre-order during the first round, production is now complete and your order is expected to be fulfilled and shipped in August 2026.

For second round pre-orders, you can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped in October 2026.

There are a few reasons why this might be happening:

• No binder in cart: Pocket pages can only be added once a pre-order binder is in your cart.
• Incorrect page size: You can only add pre-order pages that match the size of the pre-order binder in your cart i.e. for an A4 binder, only our Custom A4 Pocket Pages can be added.
• Incorrect stock: You can only add on pre-order pages, not in-stock pages, with your binder pre-order. Look for the pages labelled [PRE-ORDER].
• Mixing warehouse stock. Stock held in different locations cannot be combined in a single order and you will receive an error message. If you are pre-ordering a binder from our World Warehouse, you can only add on pre-order pages labelled [WORLD].

Unfortunately, pre-order and in-stock items CANNOT be combined in the same order as they ship at different times, which complicates fulfilment.

If you'd like to purchase products currently in stock, a separate order must be placed.

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued.

After the 14-day window, cancellations will only be refunded as store credit. If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, please send an email to support@ultbias.com with your pre-order order number for further assistance.

Please ensure you carefully review Pre-Order Terms and Conditions before placing your pre-order.

The only change we can accommodate after an order is placed is updating your shipping address, which you can request via our contact form or by email.

The following changes are not possible once your order is confirmed:

• Changing your payment method
• Adding or removing items.
• Combining separate orders
