What is ULTBIAS Blue?
ULTBIAS Blue is part of ULTBIAS where collectors can support new and exciting designs called Concepts. It’s a pre-order system where the success of each Concept depends on how many collectors register their interest.
Why is ULTBIAS Blue available on the ULTBIAS website?
Some collectors prefer saving on shipping costs, even if it means waiting longer for their orders. By adding ULTBIAS Blue to the ULTBIAS website, we give you the choice: faster shipping (ULTBIAS Blue World Warehouse) or cheaper local shipping (ULTBIAS local sites).
What are Concepts?
Concepts are unreleased designs and samples we’d love to bring into production. Collectors decide which Concepts move forward by registering their interest.
How do Concept goals work?
Each Concept has a set goal of registrations. Both ULTBIAS and ULTBIAS Blue count toward this total. For example, if a Concept requires 500 registrations, and there are 200 on ULTBIAS Blue and 300 on ULTBIAS, the goal is met and the Concept is confirmed.
Can I order multiple Concepts in one cart?
Yes, you can add multiple Concepts together. However, Concepts cannot be combined with other types of products (like pre-orders or in-stock items) in the same checkout.
Can I add complementary products like pocket pages?
Yes. Collectors who register for a Concept will receive an exclusive code for 25% off pocket pages with free domestic shipping. This way, you don’t pay extra shipping twice.
Are there incentives for ordering early?
Yes. On ULTBIAS, early orders receive Free Domestic Shipping (instead of the discount tiers available on ULTBIAS Blue).
How do I track my Concept registrations?
You’ll get a dedicated tracking link by email, and you can also check updates on the ULTBIAS Blue site.
When will my Concept order arrive?
Concepts take time. After the goal is met, the product enters production, you can track the progress in ULTBIAS Blue but we will also keep you updated by email with estimated timelines.
Do I pay right away or only if the goal is reached?
Payment authorization is made at checkout when you register. If a Concept does not reach its goal, you will not be charged.
Can I cancel my Concept registration?
Yes, you can cancel before the Concept enters production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
What’s the difference between Concepts, Pre-Orders, and In-Stock items?
Concepts – Unreleased designs that need enough registrations to be made.
Pre-Orders – Confirmed designs determined by successful Concepts.
In-Stock – Products that are ready to ship immediately.
Why can’t I mix Concepts with other products in one checkout?
Because Concepts have a different production timeline, mixing them with in-stock or pre-order items would delay your whole order. Keeping them separate ensures everything ships on time.
What happens if the Concept I registered for doesn’t reach the goal?
You’ll not be charged, and the Concept will move into the “Archive,” where collectors may have another chance to bring it back later.
What if I had an unsucessful Concept but all the other Concepts I registered are successful?
Unsucessful Concepts are automatically removed from all affected orders and you will only be charged for the remaining successful Concepts.
