While there's been no change of colour to the design since our first collection, there may be slight differences in the purple shade compared to previous releases due to that nature of production variation. If you seek consistency across your collection, we recommend purchasing from the same batch.

All binders from the myUNIVERSE 2026 Collection will be the same purple shade.

Yes, the size of both the A5 and A4 binders remain the same as previous releases.

The design and size of the binder will be the same only now it will come complete in its finest form with the addition of a Dust-Proof Binder Case and all signature A5 binder accessories!

Products available for pre-order means it is currently not in stock and will be made to order. Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses.

Pre-orders open on 1 May 2026.

Pre-orders will be open for 45 days (approximately 1.5 months). We chose this window based on collector feedback so that anyone who needs a little extra time to budget for their order has a fair chance to participate.

As a thank-you for ordering early and waiting for production, pre-order customers receive:

• 10% off binders
• 20% off pocket pages

Each production run takes approximately 3 months from the pre-order start date to arrive at our warehouses. For this campaign, you can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped in September 2026. You'll receive tracking updates once your order is on its way.

There are two things to check:

• You must have a pre-order binder in your cart first before pocket pages can be added.
• Pocket pages are size-specific. For example, if you want A4 pocket pages, you'll need to have an A4 binder in your cart. A5 pocket pages require an A5 binder, and so on.

Unfortunately, we're unable to currently fulfil orders with both pre-order and in-stock items. If you'd like to purchase in-stock products, you'll need to place a separate order.

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the campaign start date, and a full refund will be issued. After that 14-day window, cancellations can only be refunded as store credit. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it.

The only change we can accommodate after an order is placed is updating your shipping address, which you can request via our contact form or by email. The following changes are not possible once your order is confirmed:

• Changing your payment method
• Adding or removing items
• Combining separate orders

Please double-check everything before completing your purchase. For adding or removing items, you will need to request a cancellation which we can process a refund by store credit so you can repurchase the correct items.
