What is the Moving Out Sale?
We're relocating to a new Australian Warehouse and to help prepare for the move, we're running a special sale.
How long will the Moving Out Sale run for?
The sale starts on 26 May 2026, 12:00PM (AEST) and runs for 72 hours only!
The sale may be extended or suspended at the discretion of ULTBIAS.
What discounts will be offered during the Moving Out Sale?
40% OFF ready-to-ship stock from our Australian Warehouse*! Only while stocks last.
*Discount is based on prices listed in AUD. Exclusions apply.
What products are excluded from the sale?
The Moving Sale will exclude all stock from the World Warehouse and the following products below:
- BT21 x ULTBIAS - The Magic Recipe Collection
- Gift Cards
- All Pre-Order binders and pocket-pages
Will the discount be automatically applied during the sale?
Yes, all eligible sale products will have the discount automatically applied. No code required!
Will sold out products be restocked ahead of the sale?
No, the sale will only apply to ready-to-ship stock currently available in our Australian Warehouse.
Will the sale apply to stock from World Warehouse?
No, the Moving Out Sale will exclusively apply to available and ready-to-ship stock from our Australian Warehouse only.
Does the Australian Warehouse ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally from our Australian Warehouse with the exception of the United States.
US customers can instead shop from our localised US warehouses at ultbias.us and benefit from local and free shipping rates.
Please note that international shipping availability is subject to change in accordance with our carrier, Australia Post. For the latest country-specific updates, please visit the Australia Post international service updates page.
To confirm and check if our Australian Warehouse delivers to your country, add the items you're interested into the cart and input your address at checkout to test.
How much does international shipping cost from the Australian Warehouse?
Shipping rates vary depending on where you are from and the weight/size of your order.
Please note that international shipping costs have increased since March 2026 due to higher carrier fees. To get an accurate shipping quote, add your items to the cart and enter your address at checkout. You can also estimate costs using the Australia Post Postage Calculator.
For orders shipped from the Australian Warehouse, any additional charges including customs, duties and VAT ARE NOT included in the final shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the customer.
What is the difference between the Australian and World Warehouse?
Stock from both warehouses are the same with the only difference being the location of where your order is shipped from and how international shipping costs are handled.
- World Warehouse: Ships from our partnering global World Warehouses to over 30+ Countries. See list of eligible countries here. Final cost of shipping at checkout includes customs, duties and VAT.
- Australian Warehouse: Ships from our Australian Warehouse and covers 90% of the world. Customs, duties and VAT ARE NOT included in the final cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
How will I know if I am purchasing from the Australian Warehouse?
Some products stocked at both our Australian and World Warehouses will have two options to select from before adding to cart: 'Australia' or 'World'. Select the ‘Australia’ option to shop the sale stock.
You can also confirm you're shopping from the Australian Warehouse by checking:
- The sale price is automatically applied and reflected in the cart.
- The warehouse listed below the price in your cart reads 'AUSTRALIA'.
Will I still be able to shop stock from the World Warehouse during the sale?
Yes! You're welcome to continue shopping from the World Warehouse as usual during the sale. However, please note:
- The sale will not apply to any stock from the World Warehouse.
- Stock from the Australian and World Warehouse cannot be combined in the same order. If your cart contains stock from both warehouses, you'll be unable to checkout.
Will I be able to combine stock from both the Australian and World Warehouse in one order?
Stock from the Australian and World Warehouse are held in two physically different locations, which means they cannot be fulfilled as one single order. If your cart contains stock from both warehouses, you'll be unable to checkout.
To purchase from both, two separate orders will need to be placed.
Will there be any order limits for certain products?
Yes, due to the size and fragile nature of some products, quantity limits apply per order to ensure safe delivery. These products include:
- 2x Single/Deluxe - A4 myCOLLECTION Binder per order
- 1 x Duo Edition - A4 myCOLLECTION Binder per order
- 1 x myCOLLECTION Treasure Box per order
These limits apply to the specific products listed above and you're welcome to add other items to your order, provided the total doesn't exceed our parcel weight and size limits.
What payment methods will be accepted?
- Card options include: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Our store also supports online payment through ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal.
- Post purchase payment options are available but are limited to AfterPay and Klarna.
Will I be able to use additional discount codes during this sale?
No, additional discount codes and offers cannot be combined with this promotion.
Please note: The Build Your Own Bundle - Essential Bundle discount will not be applicable during the sale.
Will I be able to amend or cancel my order after it's placed?
Due to the high volume of orders we anticipate during this sale, we will not be able to modify, combine or cancel any orders once payment is processed and your order has been placed.
Please ensure you prepare your cart ahead of the sale and carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
What will the return policy be for discounted products purchased during the sale?
All products purchased at the discounted price during the promotion are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
Our Replacement and Compensation Policy will still apply to all orders placed during the Moving Sale. If you receive any damaged or defective goods, you may be eligible for replacement or compensation.
For insured package protection, we highly recommend purchasing Route Protection at checkout to protect your order in cases of loss, damage, or theft.
I am based in the US. Will I be able to shop the sale?
The Moving Out Sale will exclusively apply to ready-to-ship stock available at our Australian Warehouse to help us prepare for our upcoming relocation.
As US customers can shop directly from local warehouses at ultbias.us and enjoy the best local shipping rates, the sale will not extend to US orders.
