When does the End of Season sale start?
The End of Season Sale starts on 23 June 2026, 12:00PM (AEST).
How long will the sale run for?
The End of Season sale runs for one week and will end on Tuesday 30 June 2026, 12:00PM (AEST).
However, the sale may be modified, extended or suspended at the discretion of ULTBIAS at any time.
What discounts will be offered during the End of Season sale?
10-40% OFF SITEWIDE* on your favourite collecting supplies! Only while stocks last.
*Discount is based on prices listed in AUD. Excludes Gift Cards, Bundle Offers and Pre-Order Products.
What items are excluded from the sale?

- All Pre-Order Products ([PRE-ORDER] Crimson - Deluxe - A4 myCOLLECTION Binder, [PRE-ORDER]Custom A4 Pocket Pages and [PRE-ORDER] Custom A5 Pocket Pages).
Will sold out items be restocked ahead of the sale?
No, the sale strictly applies to ready-to-ship stock available at both our Australian & World Warehouses. Once items are sold out, they will not be restocked.
Will the discounts be automatically applied during the sale?
Yes, all eligible items will have the discount clearly marked and applied automatically at checkout. No code required!
Will the discounts apply to stock available from the World Warehouse?
YES! The End of Season discounts will also apply to ready-to-ship stock available from our World Warehouse.
What is the difference between the Australian and World Warehouse?
We dispatch orders from both our Australian and World Warehouse. Stock from both warehouses are the same with the only difference being the location of where your order is shipped from and how international shipping costs are handled.
- World Warehouse: Ships from our partnering global World Warehouses to over 30+ Countries. Final cost of shipping at checkout includes customs, duties and VAT. Due to the involvement of multiple wareshouses, all orders placed shipped from our World Warehouse are final, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless you receive a damaged or faulty product.
- Australian Warehouse: Ships from our Australian Warehouse and covers 90% of the world. Customs, duties and VAT ARE NOT included in the final cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
The World Warehouse - alternate shipping option was introduced to offer our international customers the most competitive rates, including all inclusive shipping fees.
How will I know if I am purchasing from the World Warehouse?
There are few things you can check to ensure your order will be dispatched from the World Warehouse.
- Browse our dedicated 'Available from World Warehouse' collection.
- Look for products clearly labelled (WORLD)
- Otherwise products available at our World Warehouses will have two options to select from before adding to cart: 'Australia or 'World'. Select the ‘World’ option to have your order shipped from our World Warehouse.
To successfully complete your order, all items in your cart must be stock from our World Warehouses only. Australia and World products cannot be combined together in a single order.
Will I be able to combine stock from both the Australian and World Warehouse in one order?
Stock from the Australian and World Warehouse are held in two physically different locations, which means they cannot be fulfilled as one single order. If your cart contains stock from both warehouses, you'll be unable to checkout.
To purchase from both, two separate orders will need to be placed.
Will there be any order limits for certain products?
Yes, due to the size and fragile nature of some products, quantity limits apply per order to ensure safe delivery. These products include:
- 2x Single/Deluxe - A4 myCOLLECTION Binder per order
- 1 x Duo Edition - A4 myCOLLECTION Binder per order
- 1 x myCOLLECTION Treasure Box per order
These limits apply to the specific products listed above and you're welcome to add other items to your order, provided the total doesn't exceed our parcel weight and size limits.
Will I be able to use additional discount codes during this sale?
No further discount codes, offers or bundle offers can be applied during the End of Season Sale. However, Store Credit can still be used during the sale!
Will I be able to amend or cancel my order after it's placed?
Due to the high volume of orders we anticipate during this sale, we will not be able to modify, combine or cancel any orders once payment is processed and your order has been placed.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
What will the return policy be for discounted products during the sale?
All items purchased at the discounted price during the promotion are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted unless you receive a defective or damage good.
