I’m thrilled to be sharing the good news that your pre-orders are currently on route and on track to arrive to our warehouse as planned.
As we approach the long-awaited return and reunion of BTS, my excitement for this special project is quickly being reinvigorated. As I reminisce on the journey, I am reminded of why I created this collection in the first place— to offer ARMYs a bespoke memento and celebrate, reflect and honour twelve years of our bangtan boys.

myUNIVERSE 2025 US Pre-Orders
Despite the challenges posed by the recent surge in U.S. tariffs, we’ve chosen to absorb the additional costs and proceed with all US pre-orders.
This collection carries deep meaning to us and those who have supported it from the start. It was created to honour the twelve year anniversary of BTS and serve as a memento for their long-awaited return and reunion.
We want our US collectors to experience the collection as intended, and for us, absorbing the costs was a price we were willing to bear to protect the integrity of what this project represents.

The myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection available in-stock on ULTBIAS.US will be priced according to any adjustments that may come into effect.
Despite our best efforts to absorb additional and increasing costs, to honour the original advertised prices is simply no longer sustainable and would compromise our ability to serve our US collectors long term.
Unfortunately the tariffs imposed are out of our control and we hope that you can appreciate that this was not an easy decision for us to arrive to.

We urge that you contact us as soon as possible as we are UNABLE to amend the address once your pre-order has been packed and shipped.
We will not be responsible for the misdelivery of your pre-order if the incorrect address was supplied.
Will the collection be available to shop in-stock?
In-stock will be available in June once all pre-orders are fulfilled! Please look forward to the announcement.
Can you lower the value of my order to waive tax?
We are unable to mark your order as gift or amend any values for custom purposes.
Are these the same size and colour as the first myUNIVERSE binder from 2023?
All binders featured in the myUNIVERSE 2025 Collection will be a different shade from the original A5 myUNIVERSE binder we released in 2023. This is due to an upgrade in the material for better light and heat resistance that lends the binders to a slightly different shade of purple.
The A5 myUNIVERSE 2025 binders are the same height as the original A5 myUNIVERSE binder without the dust-proof case.
