With our new World Warehouse alternate shipping, your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you, thanks to our new partnership with a global warehouse.
That means faster delivery of your favourite collecting supplies and more affordable shipping rates! Plus, we’ve made things simple: the shipping fee you see at checkout includes all taxes, duties, and customs fees—no more surprise charges.

A dedicated World Warehouse collection will be live on our site for easy browsing.
On product pages, items stocked in the World Warehouse will show two options before adding to cart: ‘AUS’ or ‘WORLD’.
You must select 'WORLD' version before adding the product to your cart.

Proceed to Payment
Please note that all orders placed via our World Warehouse are final—no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Review your order carefully before checkout.
The final cost of shipping at checkout will include customs, duties and VAT.
To successfully complete your purchase, all items in your order must only be stock selected from our World Warehouse.

Fulfilling Your Order
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation will be sent out as usual.
Our team at the World Warehouse will process and fulfil your order.
Once it's been shipped, you'll receive a tracking email as usual.

Share your Feedback & Win
We're committed to make the World Warehouse experience the best it can be! A survey will be sent to you shortly after your order has been delivered for you to share your honest feedback with us.

What products will be available to purchase via the 'World Warehouse'?
From 15 August 2025, only select products will ship from our World Warehouse, with the goal to eventually make our full range available.
A dedicated World Warehouse collection will be live on our site for easy browsing.
On product pages, items stocked in the World Warehouse will show two options before adding to cart: ‘AUS’ or ‘WORLD’.
Are there any differences with the products shipped via the 'World Version' shipping option?
No, the products will be exactly the same as the products stocked in our current Australian and US warehouses.
The only difference is additional stock is now being held in our worldwide warehouses to process and fulfil your orders.
Are taxes, customs, or duties included in the 'World Version' shipping quotes?
Yes, the final shipping fee calculated at checkout will include customs, duties and VAT. No additional or hidden fees upon delivery!
Why doesn't World Warehouse ship to my country?
We're still in the early stages of rolling out our World Warehouse. As we have more experience over time, we will look into introducing more countries to offer World Warehouse alternate shipping.
Will I be able to request a return or exchange for orders placed via the World Warehouse?
Due to the involvement of multiple warehouses, all orders fulfilled and shipped from our World Warehouse are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Please ensure you review your order details carefully prior to purchase.
Can I cancel my order placed via the Worldwide Warehouse?
Yes, order cancellations are possible if requested within a reasonable timeframe during our business hours, allowing sufficient time to halt the fulfilment process.
To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via our contact form or by emailing support@ultbias.com, and include your order number as referenced in your confirmation email.
You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation has been successfully processed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Our Replacement and Compensation Policy will still be applied for any damaged goods received with orders shipped from the World Warehouse.
Please review the policy and contact our customer service team at support@ultbias.com should you need to initiate a claim.
Protect your package with Route: By selecting Route Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping claim with Route and receive a replacement or refund.
